What is the Opportunity?

 

The Planning Manager is responsible for the overall project scheduling strategy on a large-scale transportation infrastructure project. The role ensures the development, integration, and monitoring of master schedules while supporting project leadership with reliable planning data, risk anticipation, and informed decision-making.

What You Will Do Here:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize the project master schedule covering engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

  • Integrate detailed schedules from multiple disciplines and contractors.

  • Monitor progress, analyze schedule variances, and recommend corrective actions.

  • Manage critical path activities and complex project interfaces.

  • Prepare schedule progress reports for executive leadership, clients, and stakeholders.
