What this job involves

JLL is seeking a Property Manager to join our team in Montréal. In this role, you will act as the owner's representative, managing tenant relationships, coordinating building operations, and ensuring optimal performance across all aspects of property management. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional service while maximizing revenue and maintaining operational excellence.

What your day‑to‑day will look like

• Represent the building owner in daily management activities and establish professional relationships with tenant representatives and external partners
• Conduct regular inspections of all building areas and coordinate tenant engagement, building improvements, and tenant modifications with various stakeholders
