Aftermarket Operations Program Manager

Pratt & Whitney Canada (PWC) is a global leader in aerospace innovation headquartered in Longueuil, Quebec.

Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end engine clearance from induction to release.
  • Lead daily clearance reviews and remove material, technical, or quality blockers.
  • Prioritize engines based on SLA commitments, AOG impact, and revenue exposure.
  • Drive reduction of engine dwell time and backlog.
  • Support material recovery plans for shortage‑driven engine holds and expedite critical parts and LLPs.
  • Improve forecast alignment through SIOP integration.
  • Escalate engineering dispositions and repair‑scheme approvals; ensure configuration compliance and service bulletin embodiment.
  • Own compliance to contractual SLAs (TAT, OTD, AOG response, fill rate); develop engine‑ and customer‑level dashboards; lead performance reviews and recovery plans.
