Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a German Support Agent. The German Support Agent will manage customer inquiries effectively, resolve technical support issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain clear and professional communication across various channels. The role also includes analyzing customer feedback to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in German and English
- Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and improve processes
- Ability to manage tasks independently, detail orientation, and efficient time management skills
- Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus
