We're partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit German-speaking Customer Service Advisors for a well-established telecommunications support project in Greece. Your Role
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle inquiries related to services, billing, contracts, and general account support
