  • Provide technical support for Microsoft’s enterprise clients and partners (B2B)

  • Troubleshoot issues related to Windows Server, Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, Teams, and more

  • Communicate via phone and email in German and English

  • Collaborate with IT administrators and managers to resolve complex technical queries

  • Identify trends and share feedback with internal teams
