About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international BPO/customer experience company based in Spain. You will join a multilingual team delivering high-quality support in German.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email in German
- Provide accurate, professional, and empathetic support
- Follow client guidelines and quality standards
- Escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Requirements
- Fluent in German — native or C1/C2 level (mandatory)
- EU citizenship, valid EU work permit, or refugee protection status
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability for rotating shifts (Mon–Fri + occasional weekends)
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
