German-Speaking Tech Ecosystem Customer Support | Spain

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international BPO/customer experience company based in Spain. You will join a multilingual team delivering high-quality support in German.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email in German
  • Provide accurate, professional, and empathetic support
  • Follow client guidelines and quality standards
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Requirements

  • Fluent in German — native or C1/C2 level (mandatory)
  • EU citizenship, valid EU work permit, or refugee protection status
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability for rotating shifts (Mon–Fri + occasional weekends)
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
