Job Description
- Location: Munich (Hybrid – mix of home and office)
- Salary: €60,000 – €75,000 a year (before taxes)
- Experience: At least 5 years
- Languages: German (Fluent/C1) and English (Good/B2)

Your Role
In this double role, you will be both a technical expert and a boss. You will keep our cloud software running smoothly while building and leading a great support team. You will have a lot of freedom to improve our customer service and support processes.
