Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Ensure that customers and their businesses/organisations gain value by assessing their systems and processes against BSI requirements.Prepare assessment reports and deliver findings to clients to ensure they understand the assessment decision and have clear direction regarding corrective actions, where appropriate.Recommend the issue, re-issue or withdrawal of certificates, and report recommendations according to BSI policy, procedures, and within required timeframes.Uphold BSI’s reputation through high-quality planning, delivery, reporting, and professional client interaction.Demonstrate commercial insight and added value in client feedback.Maintain a professional and engaging approach while assessing...
