TalentPop is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Associate to support our global operations. You will work directly for TalentPop, handling inquiries across phone, live chat, and email channels, while maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service, professional fluency in German and English, and familiarity with Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify. This is a remote position with ongoing salary reviews and PTO benefits.
