DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage incoming calls, chats, messages, and emails across multiple channels
  • Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions to ensure high satisfaction
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships through clear and engaging communication
  • Provide accurate and complete information using approved tools and processes
  • Meet individual and team performance targets, including case handling quotas
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and manage customer accounts
  • Follow internal communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
