DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage incoming calls, chats, messages, and emails across multiple channels
- Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions to ensure high satisfaction
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships through clear and engaging communication
- Provide accurate and complete information using approved tools and processes
- Meet individual and team performance targets, including case handling quotas
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and manage customer accounts
- Follow internal communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
