GERMAN SPEAKING CRM ANALYST (NT)

Tasks:

  • Creating and updating contracts and amendments using templates
  • Making sure all contract details are correct and meet requirements
  • Coordinating approvals with teams like legal, finance, and stakeholders
  • Tracking deals and making sure they move forward on time
  • Reviewing and validating contracts before and after signature
  • Solving issues and handling more complex or escalated requests
  • Managing data in internal systems and keeping everything up to date
  • Preparing reports and keeping stakeholders informed on deal status
