German Speaking Credit Controller

Our client, a leading organisation within the IT & software industry, is seeking a highly experienced German speaking Collections Specialist to join their established EU Credit & Collections team.

This senior-level Credit Control position plays a key role in managing high-value and complex accounts, driving the recovery of outstanding debts while maintaining strong customer relationships.

This is a hands-on role suited to a seasoned collections professional who combines commercial acumen, negotiation expertise, and a customer-first mindset. You'll be responsible for resolving escalated issues, mentoring junior collectors, and improving processes through insight and data analysis.
