Our client, a global insurance company is looking for German speaking Claims & Customer Support Associates to join their team and support getting their German clients back on their feet when their gadget gets lost, stolen, or damaged.


Your responsibility will include: 

  • Act as the first point of contact to customers and maintain the contact via phone and email

  • Assess and resolve insurance claims and represent some of the biggest brand names in Germany

  • Go the extra mile to make sure all questions and issues are resolved and provide the best customer experience

  • Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be needed
