German-Speaking Customer Service & Sales Agent | Remote (Portugal – North Only)

Are you passionate about travel and ready to help customers plan unforgettable cruise experiences? We're hiring German-speaking Customer Service & Sales Agents for an exciting opportunity supporting a prestigious cruise line.

This is a remote position, but applicants must reside in the northern regions of Portugal — from Coimbra upwards. Candidates outside this area will not be considered. Please note that relocation packages are not provided.

Position Overview:

  • Role: Customer Service & Sales Agent (German-speaking)

  • Location: Remote in Portugal (Coimbra and north only)

  • Schedule:

    • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00

    • Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00

    • Occasionally: availability until 19:00 may be required

    • 2 rotational days off per week
