Job Description : The bilingual (fluency in German & English) Legal Counsel will assist Head of Legal EMEA & APAC in supporting internal clients as well as external stakeholders for any legal matters. The role will provide effective legal advice, counsel, and support to the organization. This role will work with US colleagues.
Preferred location is Frankfurt, Germany however any EMEA location will be considered if open to occasional travel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Good knowledge and experience of local commercial laws
- Reviewing and negotiating IT / SaaS commercial contracts and service level agreements including vendor contracts
- Undertake research on legal topics and provide general legal advice where requested from time to time
- Assisting in the development of legal templates and best practices
- Engaging with legal counterparts of our vendors and clients
