Job Description
- Act as the main contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Improve and maintain customer procedures and workflows.
- Track KPIs and coordinate with operations teams.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and claims.
- Deliver training and share best practices internally.
- Prepare reports and support quarterly business reviews.
- Maintain relationships with customer partners.
- Fluent in English and German is mandatory, Dutch is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in Ocean freight forwarding.
