  • Act as the main contact for assigned customer accounts.

  • Improve and maintain customer procedures and workflows.

  • Track KPIs and coordinate with operations teams.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and claims.

  • Deliver training and share best practices internally.

  • Prepare reports and support quarterly business reviews.

  • Maintain relationships with customer partners.




International Logistics Service ProviderWork with key German import customers

  • Fluent in English and German is mandatory, Dutch is a plus.

  • 1-2 years of experience in Ocean freight forwarding.
