is our hot dog brand restaurant and the first to offer a subscription club in Spain. For 4.99€ a month, members can enjoy one hot dog a day for 30 days, turning a small treat into a habit, a community, and a very scalable model.
We are looking for a
General Manager
who will act as the owner of this venture inside the group. Work with operations, finance, legal and brand to open, improve and scale locations Set up simple systems for quality, training and consistency Track performance, understand the P&L, and adjust quickly when reality changes
Experience building, running or scaling a business, unit or brand in F&B, retail, franchising or consumer Real exposure to branding, marketing and operations, not just theory Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken
