1. Role Essence & Strategic Purpose

This is the senior executive role for Kuya Silver Corporation in Peru bearing ultimate accountability for the complete business value chain. The position demands a rare dual expertise: deep technical mastery in underground mining and processing plant operations, combined with comprehensive business leadership and full P&L responsibility. The GM is not solely a technical superintendent but the strategic leader responsible for integrating operations, finance, legal, compliance, and administration to deliver sustainable growth and operational excellence.
