- Profesional universitario DESEABLE
- EXPERIENCIA MÍNIMA DE 2 AÑOS como gerente/encargado de tienda y/o nível jefatura en tiendas DEPARTAMENTALES, MUEBLERÍAS, FERRETERAS o del medio de la CONSTRUCCIÓN.
- NECESARIO EXPERTO EN CIERRE DE VENTAS, MANEJO DE OBJECIONES Y PROSPECTACIÓN DE CLIENTES.
- Manejo de algún CRM, Tablet, IPAD y demás herramientas tecnológicas.
- Indispensable CUMPLIMIENTO DE OBJETIVOS Y PRESUPUESTOS DE VENTA PARA GENERAR COMISIÓN.
- **FUNCIONES**_
*Garantizar el cumplimiento de presupuestos.
*Dar seguimiento a las actividades de todo el personal a cargo.
*Asegurar que los asesores de ventas cubran sus metas de venta, garantizar que ganen.
*Dar coaching individual a cada asesor, realizando juntas diarias y semanales para seguimiento al desempe...
