Position Overview

Purpose leads the engineering and maintenance function in the Cuernavaca site with complex industrial process with the objective to achieve maximum plant availability and reliability in response to operational activity needs for the local unit. This position also covers the sites of San Angel and Polanco in CDMX.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategy design and execution: provide input to the local operations business plan and related objectives with regards to e.g. engineering projects, production capacity, critical maintenance activities, changes in equipment, spare parts inventory, etc.
• Define site engineering annual targets and objectives based on functional strategy and lead and monitor their achievement.
• Function management: lead a number of maintenance & engineering teams, as well as contractors, working on different assignments within engineering and maintenance field.
