Job Opportunity: Billing Manager | Mexico City | On-site We are looking for an experienced Billing Manager to lead the North America Billing function within a Global Business Services (GBS) organization. This role will drive process standardization, operational excellence, and AI-enabled transformation across the Billing function. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Approximately 10 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within GBS, Shared Services (SSC), Centers of Excellence (CoE), or BPO environments. Advanced English (required). Experience working with Oracle. Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, automation, and process optimization. Proven experience leading organizational change and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
