Location: Cd. Obregón, Sonora - México

Level of Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Architecture.

Experience: 15 years overall; 10-13 years in Management.

Summary: The Civil / Structural Manager is responsible for supporting the Sr. Project Manager-CMR in all execution aspects, supervision, reporting and proposing technical and economical solutions. He/she coordinates and supervises project execution to meet scope, quality, and timing requirements throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves leading civil and structural aspects as a technical expert.

Soft Skills: Leadership, problem solving, analytical capabilities, self‑driven, technical mastery, teamwork, vision.

Technical Skills: Interpretation of MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, Word.
