Geothermal Solutions Analyst/ Mechanical Designer Engineer

This role is heavily involved in pre‑sales engineering work , including preparing preliminary geothermal system analyses, developing concept and mechanical room drawings , and clearly communicating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders . The remaining portion of the role supports engineering coordination and construction execution .

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare preliminary geothermal and HVAC system analyses to support the sales and proposal process.
• Develop concept‑level and mechanical room drawings using AutoCAD to communicate design intent.
• Participate in proposal and design meetings with prospective clients and internal stakeholders, translating technical analysis into clear, practical recommendations.
• Maintain and update Excel‑based technical models used for system sizing and analysis.
