Geotechnical Co-op (Vancouver)

This 8‑month temporary full‑time Geotechnical Co‑op placement is located in Vancouver, BC. Candidates must be students in a related engineering discipline and be available for the full duration of the term. The role will be hybrid, with occasional travel to the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives, comply with and promote safety and environmental rules and procedures.
• Participate in Teck’s health and safety programs to help ensure everyone on site returns home safe and healthy each day.
• Support the team by monitoring, managing, and coordinating data and information.
• Assist in implementing governance requirements in alignment with established guidelines (e.g., Tailings Management Protocol and internal standards).
