We are seeking a motivated and creative Learning & Development (L&D) Intern to join GXP s Customer Success team. You will work alongside subject matter experts and our in house agentic AI tools to support the development and enhancement of technical training curriculum and learning products used to train our software solutions.
This internship provides a unique opportunity to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Learning and Development processes by designing frameworks for training modules, creating content, and developing programs.
The internship is a paid internship and has a flexible 9/80 work schedule that includes every other Friday off. Internship requires full-time, in-person work in BAE Systems Reston, VA office.
