Geodetic Engineer

The Geodetic Engineer in the Project Development Department is responsible for conducting land surveys, mapping, and geospatial data collection to support the planning, design, and execution of development projects. The role ensures that all geodetic and land-related data used in project development are accurate, legally compliant, and aligned with technical standards. This position plays a critical role in the early-stage assessment and ongoing management of project sites.

Qualifications: (to be assigned at Cabanatuan and other project sites)
· Licensed Geodetic Engineer (PRC registered).
· At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in land surveying, preferably in project development or construction.
· Proficient in using surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Drone/UAV) and software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS).
