Generative Engine Optimization Engineer
Expected Year 1 Compensation: €100k – €170k
This is a high-autonomy, high-consequence environment. We pay for output and impact. While extended operational windows are rare, true ownership is expected—if critical internal infrastructure drops at 0300, it gets handled, not pushed to the next morning.
As the search and AI landscape rapidly mutates, Pivor is forced to evolve with it. Those who execute exceptionally well in this role will be in a position to dictate our technical direction and lead the company's next phase of growth.
Core Objective
Capture user attention with behavioral psychology and convert that attention into client revenue.
Engineer copy structures that force prioritized retrieval in LLM environments.
Refine our proprietary optimization protocols using validated retrieval triggers.
Minimize model hallucinations regarding client assets.
