Client is seeking a **Genesys Cloud CX2 Engineer** to design, implement, support, and enhance our cloud contact center environment. This role will partner with contact center leadership, telecom/network teams, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable omnichannel customer experiences across voice and digital channels. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Genesys Cloud configuration experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a working knowledge of contact center best practices (routing, IVR, integrations, and reporting).

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Configure and administer **Genesys Cloud CX2** including **Architect flows** , **queues** , **routing** , **skills** , **users/roles** , **data actions** , and **prompts** .
+ Build and maintain **IVR/voice** call flows, including menus, transfers, callbacks, schedules, error handling, and reusable components.
