Job Description

We're looking for an experienced *Genesys Cloud CX Specialist* (5–7 years) with strong *vendor or system integrator background* to join our delivery team. This is a hands-on technical role focused on designing, configuring, and deploying real-world CX solutions across multiple business units.

You'll lead the architecture, build IVR and routing strategies, deploy conversational AI, and ensure seamless end-to-end implementation of enterprise-grade solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

- Designing end-to-end *Genesys Cloud CX architectures* (voice, digital, AI)

- Building enterprise-grade *IVR flows* using Architect

- Configuring *routing, queues, skills, and advanced logic*

- Deploying *AI Studio bots, AI Guides, Agent Assist, predictive routing*

- Supporting CRM & backend integrations using *APIs and webhooks*

- Leading UAT, go-live, and post-launch optimization
