Looking Genesys Cloud CX routing development Engineer with the following skills.

1. Worked on Contact Centre Genesys development area for 3+ years with multi DC implementation.

2. Worked on Cloud CX routing development in voice and digital areas[Email, WebChat, etc] for at least 2+ years.

3. Ability to custom code in Java/Python, SDK, understand and code yaml, AWS.

4. Experience with APIs, Web Services, RESTful integrations, and middleware

5. Good Analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

6. Good communication skills and a good team player.

7. Having open mindset to learn new things and quickly adopt.
