What we're looking forProven experience as an Enterprise or Solution Architect in large-scale, multi-country Genesys Cloud (CCaaS) implementationsStrong understanding of cloud architecture, network design, APIs, and data integration patterns.Experience designing AI/ML solution integrations, including conversational AI, LLMs, and analytics systems.Familiarity with insurance industry processes and regulatory frameworks preferred.
