As part of this mission, the Generator Value Stream – Senior Lean Manager will play a critical role in driving Lean transformation across our European generator manufacturing sites.

What you'll do:

• Drive Lean Transformation Across European Sites – Lead the deployment of Lean strategy across generator manufacturing facilities, aligned with GE Vernova's operational priorities and Global Supply Chain standards.
• Lead High-Impact Kaizen Events – Plan and execute Kaizen events focused on flow, lead time reduction, productivity, and defect elimination, delivering measurable, sustainable results.
