Job Description
This generator technician opening includes both field service and shop based roles and pays 31.00 to 42.50 per hour depending on experience. Technicians typically average 50 to 60 hours a week with steady overtime opportunities though not guaranteed. Field service technicians receive a company truck and dispatch from home each day to a defined territory. Shop technicians report directly to the shop and support repairs, rebuilds, and inspections on units returning from the field. Both roles require confidence across mechanical and electrical systems and the ability to take ownership of uptime on natural gas power generation equipment.
