Generator Commissioning Engineer
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate commissioning activities and attend technical meetings (Whiteboard/Commissioning).
- Prepare RAMS documentation and verify commissioning check-lists.
- Perform electrical checks and insulation measuring of alternators.
- Install measuring equipment and handle Load Banks.
- Execute Pre-Energization function tests and Performance Testing.
- Collaborate with the customer team and resolve on-site technical issues.
Our requirements
- University degree: Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Power, or Marine Engineering.
- 4–5 years of experience working with power generators.
- Valid SEP E & D qualifications (no voltage limits).
- Knowledge of engines, alternators, and electrical systems of gensets.
- Strong troubleshooting and on-site problem-solving skills.
