Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in AI/ML research and development.
  • Strong understanding of deep learning, computer vision, or natural language processing.
  • Strong programming proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Solid knowledge about Generative AI (LLM, SLM, ).
  • Familiar with performance testing with open source SLMs (e.g. Phi-3).
  • Knowledge about applying generative AI techniques and fine-tuning methods to improve model performance.
  • Familiar with implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture for sophisticated AI applications.
  • Familiarity with multimodal models, foundation models, and fine-tuning techniques.
  • Knowledge of transformer architectures.
