This is a remote position.

We are hiring a General Virtual Assistant to support the CEO with client communication, scheduling, reporting, and operational support. This is a new role designed to streamline processes and ensure excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls (client inquiries, scheduling, complaints, feedback).

  • Appointment setting: new bookings and reschedules.

  • Follow up with clients on invoices, unpaid bills, and service feedback.

  • Track leads, cancellations, technician performance, and Google reviews.

  • Provide daily and weekly reports on calls, DMs, and client satisfaction.

  • Manage calendars, emails, and internal coordination.

  • Respond to social media comments and DMs.

  • Proactively reach out to clients for follow-up services.
