The position is responsible for delivering client-facing services, which include setting catering for meetings, ensuring the upkeep of office kitchens and supplies, and providing support with meeting room set-up tasks. As a member of a collaborative Hospitality team, this position is responsible for maintaining clean and orderly kitchen and meeting spaces, promoting a professional and inviting atmosphere for both guests and staff, and delivering outstanding support for all meetings and events. This position requires strong customer service and teamwork, event and meeting support, and administrative support.
This is an in-office role requiring to be in-office 5 days per week. Office hours are 7:00 am – 3:30 pm daily.
