Responsibilities:
- Achieve sell-out, reach, distribution, strike rate, and market hygiene targets.
- Develop and execute business plans based on set strategies for territory growth.
- Ensure consistent application of standards and policies in assigned territory.
- Execute monthly Cycle Plans flawlessly.
- Manage Accounts Receivables efficiently.
- Provide effective communication, reporting, and feedback to the Distributor Leadership Team.
Qualifications:
- FMCG with distributorship in Retail and Wholesale
- College graduate.
- 2 years of field sales management experience in FMCG.
- Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.
