General Services Operations Management Specialist

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Facilities & Structure Administration: Maintain the physical plant, fixtures, furniture, and equipment, and implement a Repair and Maintenance Plan in consultation with internal customers. Ensure basic necessities like power, lighting, and air-conditioning are operational, oversee the proper allocation of workstations, and implement 5S office cleanliness practices.
  • Health, Safety, & Sanitation: Oversee waste management segregation, hygiene, and regular pest control through third-party contractors. Ensure fire extinguishers are calibrated and drinking water is tested regularly in coordination with the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Department.
