Job Purpose

As the General Sales Manager , you will lead Haworth's sales team to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives. You will develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, strengthen customer relationships, and expand Haworth's market presence. This role is also responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with real estate developers, project management companies, architects, designers, and key industry stakeholders to drive sustainable business growth.
