What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team (Sales Managers, F& I, and Sales People)
- Drive new and used vehicle sales performance and profitability
- Manage and track KPIs including gross profit, volume, closing ratios, and customer satisfaction
- Control incoming trade values aligned with store strategy
