General Repair Technician

Job Description

Technician III is responsible for operating the facility, including mechanical and supporting systems. The role involves structured inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, routine and on‑demand services on facility mechanical equipment and other systems, and compliance with environmental, health, safety and fire protection requirements.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Observe facility, mechanical, electrical equipment conditions and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Follow established processes and practices for work execution.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements (environmental, health & safety, fire protection).
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure facility uptime and asset integrity.
• Respond to service requests and conduct preventive/corrective maintenance.
