This role involves working in small teams to operate press machines that produce parts in a fast-paced production environment. You will rotate through a variety of tasks, including machine operation, product inspection, and preparing finished items for shipment on either 1st or 2nd shift. This position requires consistent physical activity, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to teamwork and safety.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate press machines in a small team setting to manufacture parts according to production requirements.
+ Rotate through various production tasks as assigned by the supervisor or team lead to support overall workflow.
+ Inspect parts as they come out of the machine to ensure they meet quality standards and identify any defects.
+ Stack finished products safely and efficiently to prepare them for packaging and shipping.
