**Position Summary**
**Production Worker** to support the manufacturing of interior and exterior doors, millwork, and custom wood components. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Assembly Work** — Assemble door components, frames, and millwork using hand and power tools.
+ **Machine Operation** — Operate saws, sanders, routers, and production machinery safely and efficiently.
