**About the Role**
We’re looking for an experienced **Machine Operator / Setup Technician** to support a
high-volume manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone
who thrives in fast-paced environments and has strong experience with machine
setup, changeovers, and quality validation.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform **full machine setups** from start to first approved part (tooling, materials, program verification)
+ Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
+ Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and output
+ Conduct **first-piece and in-process inspections** to ensure quality standards
