**Job Description**
Join our metal roofing and siding production facility in Spokane, WA. As a Production Worker, you’ll operate machinery, handle materials, and assist with packaging and shipping. This role involves consistent physical activity, accuracy in measuring materials, and flexibility to support multiple departments.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Operate shears, press brakes, and roll forming machines safely
+ Use hand and power tools for cutting, assembly, and prep work
+ Forklift operation required (loading/unloading materials)
+ Assist with shipping, staging orders, and packaging products
+ Perform basic data entry for orders and labels
+ Lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long hours, and work in hot/cold environments
+ 2+ years of production or manufacturing experience preferred
+ Strong reliability, teamwork, and initiative
