**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description**
This role supports a manufacturing operation by preparing parts and surfaces for the application of protective or decorative coatings such as paint, enamel, glaze, gelcoat, or lacquer. You work a consistent schedule from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Friday through Monday, performing tasks such as cleaning, masking, staging, and packaging parts to ensure high-quality finished products.
**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare surfaces of machines, manufactured products, and work areas for the application of paint, enamel, glaze, gelcoat, lacquer, or other protective or decorative materials.
+ Clean parts and surfaces thoroughly to remove contaminants prior to coating.
+ Mask parts accurately to protect designated areas from paint or other coatings.
+ Stage parts in the correct sequence and location to support efficient production flow.
