**Job Title: Batch Technician** **Job Description**
The Batch Technician supports a small production team by accurately batching frozen ingredients into large mixers to manufacture a variety of hot sauces. This role combines physical work, computer-guided batching, and preparation tasks in a clean, food-production environment with consistent spice and vinegar odors.

**Responsibilities**

+ Work closely with supervisors to add frozen ingredients into large production mixers to manufacture different types of hot sauces.
+ Use a computer to read and interpret recipes, ingredient lists, and batching materials for each production run.
+ Collect and stage the correct bags and boxes of frozen ingredients for each batch, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
+ Mix batches correctly according to established recipes and procedures, maintaining consistency and quality.
