**Job Title: General Production Worker**
**Job Description**
This role supports a production crew in manufacturing concrete precast products such as pipe, barriers, manhole components, and bridge supports. You prepare and measure forms, assist with pouring concrete, and help remove finished products from forms to be moved to trucks or the yard. You also perform general shop work, especially during the winter, while working closely with experienced team members who operate overhead cranes to move large products safely.

+ Assist a crew of 3–5 team members with the production of concrete precast products.
+ Measure out forms accurately using a tape measure to ensure correct dimensions for concrete products.
+ Prepare forms for pouring, including assembling, cleaning, and setting up components as needed.
